Privacy Policy
Effective October 24, 2026
This policy explains what information the Feishi app for iPhone and the website feishi.app collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. "Feishi", "we" and "us" mean the developer of Feishi, listed on the App Store as 贵麟 倪 (Guilin Ni). You can reach us at niguilin6@gmail.com.
The short version
- You can browse Feishi without an account. Saving wallpapers needs an account, which you create with Sign in with Apple or Google.
- From Google sign-in we keep only an account identifier. We do not keep your Google email, name or photo.
- Feishi is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob. Google processes device and ad data to show and measure those ads.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to track you across other companies' apps.
- Your account data is stored on servers in mainland China.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time under Me, then Delete Account.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account sign-in. With Sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple assigns to you for Feishi. With Google sign-in, Google sends the app a signed token that contains your Google account identifier and may contain your email address, name and profile photo. Our server checks the token and keeps only the account identifier. It does not keep your email, name or photo, and the app signs out of Google right after sign-in so no Google token stays on your phone.
- Profile details you choose to add: a nickname, which is shown on wallpapers you share, and an email address if you bind one, which we use to help you recover your account and to send important notices.
- Creations. When you use Create, we receive the text you type and the style, ratio and tone you choose, and we store the images that are generated. If you share a creation to the community, it becomes visible to other users after review.
- Feedback and reports, including any contact details you add so we can reply.
Information collected as you use Feishi
- Activity in the app: favorites, downloads and the resolution saved, 4K unlocks, points, daily check-ins and the wallpapers you report or creators you block.
- Purchases: if you buy VIP or points, Apple tells us the product, transaction identifiers and status. We never see your payment card or Apple Account password.
- Technical data: IP address (including the address you registered and last signed in from), the operating system and app version sent with each request, an identifier that keeps a guest account tied to your device if you use one, and request logs our servers keep to prevent abuse such as bulk scraping.
- Region: the app reads your App Store country to decide which sign-in options and ad services apply to you.
What we do not collect
Feishi does not read your photo library. When you save a wallpaper, iOS asks for permission to add a photo, and the app writes the file without reading your other photos. We do not ask for your precise location, contacts, camera or microphone.
2. How we use information
- To run Feishi: create and keep your account, sync favorites and downloads, size downloads to your screen, and keep track of daily 2K saves and 4K unlocks.
- To deliver ads and confirm rewards, as described in Ads.
- To process purchases and restore them on a new device.
- To generate wallpapers from your prompts and to review creations before they are shown publicly.
- To keep Feishi safe: detect scraping, fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, and respond to reports.
- To answer your messages and fix problems.
We process your information because it is needed to provide the service you asked for, because you consented (for example to personalized ads where consent is required), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping Feishi secure and working well.
3. Ads
Outside mainland China, Feishi shows ads from Google AdMob: an ad when the app opens, occasional ads after you save a wallpaper, ads in wallpaper lists, and optional rewarded video ads that unlock a wallpaper in 4K. VIP members see no ads.
- Google may process your IP address, coarse location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostics to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud.
- Feishi does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's User Messaging Platform manages your consent choices.
- When you finish a rewarded ad, Google's server sends our server a signed confirmation that contains a random ticket, not your name, email or phone number. We use it to unlock the wallpaper on your account.
- You can switch off ads under Me, then About, then Allow Ads.

4. Who we share information with
We share only what each service needs to do its job. We do not sell personal data.
| Apple | Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to your Apple Account. |
|---|---|
| Google Sign-In, AdMob and the User Messaging Platform. See Google's Privacy Policy. | |
| Tencent Cloud | Hosts our servers and database, stores and delivers wallpaper images, and runs automated content review of creations. |
| AI model providers | Volcengine (ByteDance), Tencent Hunyuan, MiniMax and DeepSeek generate images and text. For your creations they receive your prompt and settings, not your name or account details. |
| Cloudflare | Hosts this website and relays the public keys we use to verify Google sign-in. |
| Legal and safety | Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect users, Feishi or the public. |
| Business change | A successor, if Feishi is transferred, who must keep this policy's protections. |
5. Where your data is stored
Feishi's servers and image storage are run by Tencent Cloud in mainland China, so account and activity data are stored there, whichever country you use Feishi from. Google, Apple and Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law of your country, such as India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia or the EU, requires safeguards for transfers abroad, we rely on the protections available under that law, and by using Feishi you are informed that your data is transferred to these countries.
6. How long we keep information
- Account, favorites and download history: while your account is active, and removed when you delete it.
- Purchase, VIP and points records: kept after account deletion in anonymous form, as needed for accounting, tax and app store rules.
- Creations you shared: taken down when you delete your account. The text of your prompts is erased.
- Security logs: kept as long as needed to detect and investigate abuse. When you delete your account, the IP address and device details linked to it are erased.
7. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the app under Me, then Delete Account. This removes your sign-in, favorites, download history and profile.
- Switch off ads under Me, then About, then Allow Ads, or change consent choices where offered.
- Permissions such as adding photos can be changed in iOS Settings.
- Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it by emailing niguilin6@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm the request comes from you.
India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for a summary of your data and who it was shared with, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance with us at the email above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, as provided by local data protection law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
European Economic Area and the UK. You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
Feishi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Feishi with a parent or guardian's permission. In India, people under 18 should use Feishi only with a parent's consent. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our servers and database, and keep the data we hold to what Feishi needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you notice a problem.
10. This website
feishi.app runs no analytics or ads, and we set no cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter bots. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and block attacks. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.
11. Users of the mainland China App Store
If your App Store country is mainland China, Feishi works differently: you can sign in with your phone number, Google services are not used, and ads come from Tencent Ads (Tencent Marketing Union SDK) instead of AdMob. The Chinese-language privacy policy describes this in full and applies to you.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Feishi changes or the law requires. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will also let you know in the app.
